This is the latest addition to my love for all things blueberry. Introducing the blueberry swiss roll! It is not only light and tasty but the blend of blueberry and vanilla roll is a perfect match. Excellent for afternoon tea with a steaming pot of chamomile or vanilla rooibos.
In case some prefer the cake over the roll, I even made it decked out and topped with more blueberries. Best eaten chilled!
