Blueberry Swiss Roll

This is the latest addition to my love for all things blueberry. Introducing the blueberry swiss roll! It is not only light and tasty but the blend of blueberry and vanilla roll is a perfect match. Excellent for afternoon tea with a steaming pot of chamomile or vanilla rooibos.

In case some prefer the cake over the roll, I even made it decked out and topped with more blueberries. Best eaten chilled!

MnMs Birthday Cake

This cake was baked specially for my grand nephew who just turned 5! He's such a cute lil boy who loves MnMs so I definitely had to add it into his birthday theme.The cake itself is a vanilla sponge cake, layered with fresh fruit and topped with MnMs and all things lovely that kids can't get enough of.

Coffee cake

This coffee cake is a definite must try for all those coffee lovers out there. Its rich aromatic scent is enough to whet one's palate. Once you have a bite of it, you'd definitely want more. Also filled with chocolate chips which melt in your mouth. Goes well with a cup of hot chocolate, warm milk or perhaps a latte.
