Tropical Island Surprise

When the words "tropical" and "island" come to mind, one thinks of sand, sun, beaches, seafood etc. As for me, pineapple comes to mind.
The latest addition to my cheesecake recipe is this Pineapple Cheesecake! A luscious alternative to the classic cheesecake, the pineapples give a fresh, tangy and a slightly sweet taste. It will definitely surprise one's palate with the refreshing flavors that burst at every bite.
