With all the orders pouring in these festive season, here are some cakes that I recently baked.

Another birthday party cupcake order. This time around, I added a fancier twist to it. Each cupcake was personally decorated to make it a little more extraordinary. The vibrant colours and attractive designs topped with fresh fruits are definitely an eye catcher.

These are jam tarts with a new look but with the same awesome taste!\

Love at first sight~

These are chocolate-filled tartlets for those with a sentimental touch. The rich blend of chocolate topped with cutesy heart-shaped sprinkles is too hard to resist. Definitely love at first sight!

Happy Birthday Cupcakes

This was specially made for a cute little kid who turned 3 today. These are vanilla cupcakes glazed with icing, sprinkled with colored rice, each personalized with a handwritten letter. Ideal for any occasion for that special someone.

Have a cuppa~

Lovely swirls of white and chocolate that adorn this cake is how the Marble Cake got its name. This rich and moist cake is a blend of chocolate and buttery vanilla flavours. Goes well with a cup of hot tea anytime.

Berry and Prune Crunch Cake

One of the latest additions to my recipe book is this Berry and Prune Crunch Cake.
This is a wonderfully rich and flavorful cake with a lovely golden brown top and an added crunch. With the addition of the berries and prunes, this cake has a slightly sweet and tangy taste to it.

Chocolate Fudge Cake

This chocolate fudge cake has a lovely deep chocolate flavour and a wonderfully moist texture topped with smooth ganache frosting and drizzled with some icing.
Ideal as a birthday cake or for that long awaited special occasion.

One of my latest chocolate discoveries! Chocolate tartlets filled with a smooth and creamy chocolate filling. Highly recommended for those who crave for a double dose of chocolate. Absolutely delicious and the ultimate comfort food.

Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This rich and moist spice cake is filled with grated carrots and toasted nuts topped with a generous amount of cream cheese frosting.
The carrot cake definitely has a flavour of its own. One bite will show you why.
Perfect with a cup of Earl Grey tea.

Tropical Island Surprise

When the words "tropical" and "island" come to mind, one thinks of sand, sun, beaches, seafood etc. As for me, pineapple comes to mind.
The latest addition to my cheesecake recipe is this Pineapple Cheesecake! A luscious alternative to the classic cheesecake, the pineapples give a fresh, tangy and a slightly sweet taste. It will definitely surprise one's palate with the refreshing flavors that burst at every bite.
